how can i gain muscle for basketball..diets workouts anything to take my game to the next level?
i need to get a college level body..what would be some foods to help gain muscle and also some tips for how i could obtain a college level basketball body. im a post/guard and already have muscle built but i need to take it to the next level so i can have a heads up on my competition.
Run a lot. sprints(suicides and back&forths) and long distance.
and make sure you can jump high, build up your cafs.
