1 Month Body Building
Possible to go from 4-6 pack in 1 month?
Hello. I just turned 17 and was wondering if its possible to go from 4-6 pack in a month. I weigh around 140-145. Ive worked out with dumbells and have around 16′ arms and full upper body built. I was just wondering if i started with a cardio routine (couple miles a day running) would i be able to get a 6 pack? I can feel it under the very small layer of flab on my lower abs but really want a 6. I know all about dieting since ive gone from 170 fat – 145 toned. Sooo.. is it possible?
Oh.. I take protein supplements and eat high amounts of nuts and chicken/fish. I work out weekly but weekends i just chill. Should i run even on weekends?
Of course you can. You could probably get a 6 pack in 2 weeks!
I went from a 2 pack to a little bit of a four pack in about 9 days.
Just eat healthy AND eat enough. If you don’t eat enough you won’t lose fat.
Run, jump rope, lift weights
